Yes. Every company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 must have its accounts audited by a Chartered Accountant every year, regardless of turnover or profit.
A tax audit is required when business turnover or professional receipts cross the limits prescribed under the Income-tax Act, with higher limits available where cash transactions are within 5% of the total. We will check whether it applies to you for the year.
