Map the transactions
We identify every international transaction and the functions, assets and risks of each entity.
Cross-border tax advice for multinationals, global capability centres, exporters and NRIs — from transfer pricing to foreign remittances.
Hyderabad is home to a large and growing number of global capability centres and Indian subsidiaries of foreign groups. Their transactions with group companies — services, software development, cost recharges, royalties and loans — must be priced at arm's length and documented every year.
ASKN & Co. LLP prepares transfer pricing documentation and the Form 3CEB accountant's report, advises on tax treaties and withholding tax on foreign payments, issues Form 15CB certificates for remittances, and represents clients in transfer pricing assessments.
OUR APPROACH
We identify every international transaction and the functions, assets and risks of each entity.
Comparable companies and transactions are selected from recognised databases to set arm's length prices.
The TP study and Form 3CEB are prepared and filed on time.
We represent you if the pricing is examined by the Transfer Pricing Officer or in appeal.
